What is the best way to cook your sausage?
Preparation is all personal preference. When the weather is nice, our customers like to toss their Logan's sausage and chorizo on the grill. But there are a few different ways to prepare them.

Can you remove the casing from the sausage?
Casing removal is easy!
1) Take your uncooked Logan's link and cut it down the middle with a knife.
2) Spread the link open a little and flip over.
3) Peel the casing off in one easy motion!
